Preferences are shown from fixtures. Saving organization settings requires the Phase 1 database.

Terminology
Labels are configurable per organization. They must not require a code branch.
Approved infrastructure (not installed)
- Authentication: Clerk (identity). Roles stay on our memberships.
- Database: Neon PostgreSQL.
- File storage: deferred until real uploads (Cloudflare R2 planned).
- Extraction provider: Stub (demo). Live model choice waits for real agreements.
